This delicious lemon beurre blanc over a perfectly cooked scallop recipe will be a hit at your next dinner party. Plus it won’t break the bank because you’ll only be serving one per person. A beurre blanc for those of you who don’t know it’s lemon juice cooked and then butter swirled into it to make a thick emulsion or a perfect sauce.
